Therapeutic Movement

Do we move with care or with cortisol (stress hormones)?

Movement is necessary to a body’s cellular health and waste removal.  By learning core awareness and exercising breath control, we gently address old injuries and identify compensation patterns.  This leads our bodies to increased circulation, irrigation, release and healing.

Given the opportunity to attend to our physiology, the nervous system can do the amazing job of helping us enjoy caring for our bodies. Learning how to use our breath to support the effort provides resilience and contentment in our daily routines.

Liana offers skilled guidance in this area as a health care practitioner and therapeutic movement/yoga specialist for stress and pain management, better focus and injury prevention.
